COVID-19 Safety Protocols and Information
Beginning Monday, June 21st we will be starting our hybrid re-opening.
We will allow one pet owner per appointment inside the building. We will require anyone entering our hospital to wear a mask and socially distance themselves from others. Our staff will be masked and socially distancing as well.
Please continue to call the clinic when you arrive or check-in with the prompts you were sent via email or text message.Remain in your car until the front desk lets you know that an exam room is ready for you.
We will still be offering curbside appointments for all clients who wish to do so. If you are coming to pick up food or medication or have a technician appointment, drop off or fit-in appointment, these will continue to be done curbside.
If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to someone with Covid-19 we ask that you either make arrangements for someone else to bring your pet or call us to reschedule your appointment.
Please be patient with us as wait times may be longer than usual as we transition back to seeing appointments in person. We have missed seeing all of your faces and are looking forward to having you back inside!
For prescription or food pick up, you are welcome to pay in advance when you call to place your refill order. When you arrive, just give us a call and we will run it out to you!
Same-Day Prescription and Food Delivery
We are now offering prescription and food delivery to your front door. Please place your order before 3:30 pm for same-day delivery, orders after 3:30 pm will be delivered the next day.
5-mile radius of the hospital – $7 delivery
10-mile radius of the hospital – $10 delivery, only available for orders over $100.
