Spicewood Springs Animal Hospital is doing everything we can to keep our clients and staff safe and healthy until things get back to normal. We are requiring our clients wear a face mask or covering when interacting with our staff. We are also implementing a few new services to help ease the burden you might be experiencing since the shelter-in-place went into effect.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols and Information

For the safety of our clients and staff, we are strictly curbside for the foreseeable future. You will not be able to be present while our staff is working with your pet inside the building. We know this can be stressful for some animals, but please rest assured that we always have and always will prioritize the care and comfort of every patient. For euthanasia appointments, you will be able to be present with your pet, if desired. Upon arrival follow the instructions on the sign above your parking spot. We have noticed that some cell phones block our calls. Please turn off the “Silence Unknown Callers” function in your phone settings so that you will receive our calls during your pet’s appointment.

For prescription or food pick up, you are welcome to pay in advance when you call to place your refill order. When you arrive, just give us a call and we will run it out to you!

Same-Day Prescription and Food Delivery

We are now offering prescription and food delivery to your front door. Please place your order before 3:30 pm for same-day delivery, orders after 3:30 pm will be delivered the next day.

5-mile radius of the hospital – $7 delivery

10-mile radius of the hospital – $10 delivery, only available for orders over $100.
