Spicewood Springs Animal Hospital is doing everything we can to keep our clients and staff safe and healthy until things get back to normal. We are requiring our clients wear a face mask or covering when interacting with our staff. We are also implementing a few new services to help ease the burden you might be experiencing since the shelter-in-place went into effect.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols and Information

We are excited to announce our hybrid re-opening. Beginning Monday, October 18th pet owners may accompany their pet(s) inside the building for their scheduled appointments.

We ask that clients limit themselves to one person per appointment if they are choosing to come inside. Anyone entering our building will be required to wear a mask, as will all of our staff. We will still offer curbside visits to all clients who wish to do so. Technician appointments and fit-ins will also remain curbside.

Please continue to call the clinic when you arrive or check in with the prompts you were sent via email or text message. We will let you know when we are ready for you and you will be able to enter the building to go directly into your exam room.

If you are feeling at all unwell or have been exposed to someone with Covid-19, we ask that you take precautions for the safety of our staff, other clients, and patients. Please arrange for someone else to bring your pet in, or if your pet is scheduled for a wellness visit and isn’t sick, please call us to reschedule your appointment.
