COVID-19 Safety Protocols and Information

Spicewood Springs Animal Hospital is doing everything we can to keep our clients and staff safe and healthy until things get back to normal. We are requiring our clients wear a face mask or covering when interacting with our staff. We are also implementing a few new services to help ease the burden you might be experiencing since the shelter-in-place went into effect.

COVID-19 Safety Precautions – For the safety of our clients and staff, we are offering “curbside service” to limit human interaction as much as possible.  We are able to send necessary forms for e-signature prior to your visit. For all appointments and surgical procedures, please remember to call from your vehicle for assistance when you arrive.  Staff members will need to call you during your pet’s appointment to go over medical history and treatment plans. We have noticed that some cell phones block our calls.  Please turn off the “Silence Unknown Callers” function in your phone settings so that you will receive our calls during your pet’s appointment.

For prescription or food pick up, you are welcome to pay in advance when you call to place your refill order. When you arrive, just give us a call and we will run it out to you!

New Sunday hours starting 4/5/20 – We will be scheduling appointments with Dr. Benaryeh on Sundays from 8:30 am until 2 pm. There will be a $10 service fee for those appointments. We will be able to see same-day or fit-in appointments at an additional cost.

Same-Day Prescription and Food Delivery – We are now offering prescription and food delivery to your front door. Please place your order before 3:30 pm for same-day delivery, orders after 3:30 pm will be delivered the next day.

5-mile radius of the hospital – $7 delivery

10-mile radius of the hospital – $10 delivery, only available for orders over $100.

Playday – Is your pup going stir crazy during this quarantine? We are now scheduling adult and puppy playdays Monday through Friday.

At the end of the day, our mission is and always will be to provide excellent medical care to your furry family members; they are at the forefront of every decision we make. These are unprecedented and tumultuous times, and we thank you all for your understanding and support.
