CO2 LASER

services_surgery

All surgeries are done in our aseptic surgical room. Our equipment allows us to monitor (on screen and in print) oxygen saturation, blood pressure, pulse rate, respiratory rate, and continuous electrocardiogram (ECG) during anesthetic procedures. Our surgical equipment includes a CO2 laser surgical device. We adhere to the strictest and most up-to-date protocols for anesthesia and pain management. This includes innovative pain control such as fentanyl patches, which continuously release pain medication for as long as three days after your pet has left our practice. The anesthetic we use, isolourane, is the same anesthetic that is used in human hospitals. All animals are kept warm with our heated surgical table and Bair Hugger patient warmer.
